1. Services

Zeedflow provides "done-for-you" B2B outbound lead generation services. Our services include:

• Targeting strategy and list building.
• Copywriting and messaging optimization.
• Technical email infrastructure setup (DMARC, DKIM, etc.).
• Campaign management and lead handling.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of our campaigns, you agree to:

• Provide clear details regarding your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and value proposition.
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner.
• Not use our services for any illegal activities or to spam individuals in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws.

3. Fees and Refunds

Services are billed according to the specific agreement tailored to your package.

• Performance Guarantee: As stated in our service agreement, if we do not deliver the agreed-upon qualified meeting milestones, you are eligible for either a full refund OR we will continue working for free until the milestone is hit.
• Refund requests must be made in writing within the timeframe specified in your client agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All campaign assets created by Zeedflow (including email copy and strategy documents) retain the intellectual property rights of Zeedflow until full payment is received, at which point valid usage rights are transferred to the client for their business use.

5. Liability Limitation

Zeedflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we employ best practices to ensure deliverability and compliance, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond our meeting qualification metrics.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zeedflow operates.
